Of all the social media that has come along in the last 10 years, blogging is in some ways the best of them all. It allows for a wide range of expression. It is not ephemeral. It has a freshness to it, but you can look back in a few years and still read it.

Yes, it is good to blog at least to polish your writing skills. I can’t do it everyday since for my longer pieces it takes a few days for me to work on them. Quality versus quantity if you like. My “quick little posts’ which I also put on there aren’t as well written as my other posts I think. Those are just to keep the blog active more than anything.
