It’s simple, and seasonal, and you can enjoy it by itself or with a meal. This article, The Minimalist – Allowing Citrus to Add Sunshine – NYTimes.com, features a nice version of it. I would also recommend adding some olives and feta….just a little.

Yum. Now I need to pick me up some sherry vinegar – if they even have it here; what SA decides it stocks in supermarkets is very weird, hehe. For example, the local supermarkets have no short-grain rice. >.<
