There’s a good review of the new Toronto bistro, Cafe Leopold, in blogTO. I am a big fan of bistros and their well prepared, tasty, unpretentious, (and great value) food. Seeing new bistros open cheers me up, which makes me happy and looking forward to checking out Cafe Leopold.
