Value fashionistas: rejoice! COMME des GARCONS has come to H&M. Rei Kawakubo’s innovative work has never been so affordable. So get to your local H&M and snap it up before it is too late.
H&M is to be commended for bringing the work of such designers as Lagerfeld and Kawakubo to everyone. Perhaps they can get Alexander McQueen up next.

Smart People I Know 
First person account: the collection at the Eaton Centre was gone in less than 30 minutes of store opening. I stood in line for 15 minutes. And by the time I got into the store, most of the racks had been ransacked. Feeding frenzy. I didn’t bother joining the fray, just watched from the sidelines. Later in the day, I chanced upon a lady with the bag. I asked her if she managed to get good stuff, she said that she just worked there, hence the bag. But she did say they get a lot of returns, so they MAY still have some pieces. It was nuts.
