This is what the leader of the Free World looks like

While that title has been around for a long time in describing U.S. Presidents, somehow to me it seems more appropriate on Barack Obama than it has been on other Presidents.

You can only call yourself a leader if people respond to your leadership. That’s why I think the title fits him best.

    1. Respectful disagreement is the best kind of disagreement: it does no harm or foul to the person other than to remind them that not everyone has the same thoughts and opinions that they have, and causes them to consider whether or not what they think is really true.

Respectful disagreement is the best way to weed out bad thought and insure that good thought grows.

That’s a long way of saying I am fine with receiving respectful disagreement. Certainly when it comes to politicians and politics, it is crazy to think that everyone agrees with you.

  1. o.O That’s probably the shortest online ‘political debate’ I’ve encountered. Good going for both being respectful! I run a blog site which has a few ‘staunch politicals’ on there and they’re always at each other’s throats. Yawn.
