Looks pretty official.
Why do I think it is phishing? For one thing, I haven’t submitted any YouTube videos. For another, when I rolled my mouse over the hyperlinks, some of them point to http://126.96.36.199/books.html. Hyperlinks not related to the company sending you the email or hyperlinks not associated with the topic of the email are a strong indication of phishing.
So remember: if you get an unexpected email like this, check the links before you click on them. If you want to be conservative, delete the email and contact the site via the site itself.
