LOL! Good question! I think it would take 2 seconds to eat that sandwich…one might not even notice the taste! 🙂
Oh, so cute and pretty, almost too lovely to eat 🙂 I would choose a real good gruyère cheese, rye bread underneath, maybe some smoked salmon as a carpet 😉 over the cucumber and then a good cracker for the bottom. That would be tasty, non ? I love the parsley-palmtree !
I think you should make that and post it on your blog. 🙂 Rosemary would also make a nice (evergreen) tree. In that case I would go with rye, smoked gruyere, and roasted pork tenderloin. 😀
